Section 01

General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between bd21 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses the bd21 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at bd21.club and any associated mobile applications or services.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise interacting with any feature of the bd21 platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 1.1 Applicability

1.2 Governing Language

This Agreement is written and shall be interpreted in English. All communications between bd21 and Players, including support tickets, bonus notifications, account notices, and policy updates, will be conducted in English. In the event of any translation being made available, the English version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or conflict.

1.3 Age Restriction

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. bd21 employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to enforce this requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended and any funds held in the account will be forfeited pending investigation.

Account Registration & Eligibility

The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. bd21 relies on the accuracy of this information for identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance purposes.

2.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (in Bangladesh), a valid mobile number, and a unique username and password. You warrant that all information submitted during and after registration is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and will result in account suspension.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one active account on the bd21 platform at any given time. Creating duplicate, multiple, or joint accounts is strictly prohibited. bd21 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, all associated accounts will be suspended, bonus funds will be forfeited, and any winnings derived from bonus play across duplicate accounts may be voided.

2.3 KYC Verification

bd21 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued National ID Card or passport, proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of the payment method used (such as a screenshot of a bKash wallet). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

KYC Processing Time: bd21 aims to process all identity verification submissions within 24 hours of receipt during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid any delays when requesting their first withdrawal.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bd21 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. You must notify bd21 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. bd21 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security practices.

2.5 Account Closure by Player

Players may request the closure of their bd21 account at any time by contacting the 24/7 English support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining balance in the account at the time of closure will be refunded via the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided the balance meets the minimum withdrawal threshold.

Section 03

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bd21 platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and any bonus-related movements — are subject to the terms set out in this section. bd21 supports a range of payment methods widely used across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on bd21 is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited. There is no maximum deposit limit, though bd21 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to unusually large single deposits.

Withdrawal Threshold

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed. Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal can be approved and processed.

Processing Times

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited instantly. Withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the method selected and the Player's VIP tier level at the time of the request.

Transaction Fees

bd21 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers such as bKash or Nagad may apply their own service charges. Players are responsible for any fees levied by their chosen payment provider.

3.1 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the Player's own name. bd21 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Depositing on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to deposit into your account, constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

bd21 reserves the right to delay or decline any deposit transaction that triggers automated fraud or anti-money laundering alerts. In such cases, the Player will be notified and may be asked to provide additional documentation to support the transaction.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the bd21 account dashboard. All withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. bd21 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is unusually high relative to the Player's deposit history or where account activity has triggered a compliance review.

Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Players who have active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements may not be able to withdraw their full cash balance until the applicable wagering requirements have been met. The platform will clearly indicate the withdrawable balance versus the bonus-locked balance within the Player's account interface.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

bd21 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. We apply a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy aligned with international best practices. Players may not use the bd21 platform to deposit and withdraw funds without engaging in genuine gambling activity. Where bd21 suspects that a Player is using the platform for money laundering purposes, the account will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen, and the matter will be escalated to the relevant authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by bd21 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements will be clearly displayed for every bonus offer in plain English.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility

Players are eligible for a welcome bonus only once, on their first qualifying deposit. Subsequent deposits are not eligible for the welcome bonus. bd21 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the creation of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or use of strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed for possible suspension.

4.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and associated free spins have an expiry period that will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds not used within the specified expiry period will be automatically removed from the Player's account without notice. It is the Player's responsibility to be aware of and act within the expiry periods for any bonuses they claim.

4.4 VIP Loyalty Programme

The bd21 VIP loyalty programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players accumulate loyalty points by placing qualifying bets on sports markets and casino games. The points-to-tier thresholds and the specific benefits associated with each tier are published on the bd21 VIP programme page and may be updated from time to time. bd21 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP programme at any time, provided that reasonable notice is given to affected players.

Promotion Abuse Policy: bd21 takes bonus abuse seriously. Any Player found to be systematically exploiting promotional terms — including but not limited to using bonus funds on low-risk or excluded game types, or coordinating play across multiple accounts — will have their bonus winnings voided and their account flagged for review. bd21's decision in all bonus-related disputes is final.

Section 05

Prohibited Conduct

Players are expected to use the bd21 platform in good faith, for legitimate recreational gambling purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent banning from the platform.

5.1 Fraudulent Activity

Any attempt to defraud bd21 or other players is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: using stolen payment credentials, submitting fraudulent identity documents, exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage, and colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.

5.2 Technical Exploitation

Players must not use automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting. The use of VPNs or proxy servers to misrepresent the Player's location is also prohibited. bd21 employs technical detection systems capable of identifying such activity, and accounts found in violation will be immediately suspended.

5.3 Match Fixing & Integrity

bd21 is committed to the integrity of sport. Placing bets on events that a Player knows to be fixed, or participating in any arrangement to influence the outcome of a sporting event for betting purposes, is strictly prohibited. bd21 cooperates fully with sports integrity organisations and may report suspicious betting patterns to the relevant authorities.

5.4 Harassment

Players must treat bd21 support staff and, where applicable, other players with respect. Abusive, threatening, or harassing communications directed at bd21 staff through any channel — including live chat, email, or social media — will not be tolerated and may result in account closure.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bd21 platform — including but not limited to the bd21 logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other creative or technical elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of bd21 or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

6.1 Permitted Use

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bd21 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not grant Players any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the bd21 platform.

6.2 Third-Party Content

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi is subject to the intellectual property rights of those respective companies. bd21 has obtained appropriate licences to offer this content to Players. Players must not attempt to capture, reproduce, or distribute game footage or software in any form.

6.3 Feedback & Submissions

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by Players to bd21 — whether through support channels, surveys, or any other medium — become the sole property of bd21. bd21 may use such submissions freely without any obligation to compensate the submitting Player or to acknowledge the submission publicly.

IP Summary

bd21 owns or licenses all platform content. Players receive a personal, non-commercial access licence only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any bd21 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Section 07

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd21 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to a Player's use of, or inability to use, the bd21 platform or any of its services.

7.1 Service Availability

bd21 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any service. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service disruptions, or events outside bd21's reasonable control (including but not limited to power outages, internet infrastructure failures, or natural disasters) may result in temporary service unavailability. bd21 shall not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — incurred by Players during periods of service unavailability.

7.2 Betting & Game Errors

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect odds display, an erroneous game outcome, or an incorrectly credited balance, bd21 reserves the right to void the affected bets or transactions and restore the correct position. bd21's determination in all such error-related situations is final. Players who knowingly exploit a technical error will be subject to the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 5.

7.3 Player Responsibility

Players are solely responsible for their own gambling decisions. bd21 provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time-outs, and self-exclusion options to assist Players in managing their gambling activity. It is the Player's responsibility to make use of these tools where appropriate. bd21 shall not be liable for any gambling-related losses incurred by a Player who has not made use of the available responsible gaming features.

7.4 Maximum Liability Cap

Where bd21 is found liable for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions, bd21's total aggregate liability to the relevant Player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their bd21 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This cap applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

Section 08

Amendments & Termination

bd21 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bd21 will endeavour to notify Players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Minor clarifications or non-material amendments may be made without advance notice.

8.1 Continued Use as Acceptance

Your continued use of the bd21 platform following the publication of any updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any proposed changes, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the changes take effect. bd21 will refund any eligible balance in accordance with the withdrawal terms in Section 3.

8.2 Termination by bd21

bd21 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; abusive behaviour toward staff; or any other conduct that bd21 reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, other Players, or the reputation of bd21.

Upon termination for cause, bd21 reserves the right to retain any funds in the account pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no wrongdoing is ultimately established, eligible balances will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

8.3 Termination by Player

Players may close their accounts at any time by submitting a written request to the bd21 support team at [email protected]. Account closure will be processed within 48 hours of receiving a confirmed request. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal rules, and any resulting winnings will be credited before the final withdrawal is processed.

8.4 Survival of Terms

Certain provisions of these Terms & Conditions are intended to survive termination of a Player's account, including the sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, anti-money laundering obligations, and any disputes that arose prior to account closure. Termination of an account does not extinguish any right or obligation that accrued before the date of termination.
